Which pass covers what
Battle Pass
Battle Royale, Reload, Blitz, Horde Rush and LEGO Odyssey all earn Battle Pass XP; one pass, 100 levels, about 8,000,000 XP. Current pass · calculator.
OG Pass
Fortnite OG has its own smaller pass on its own season calendar (Chapter 1 seasons), bought separately or included with Crew.
Music Pass and LEGO Pass
Festival and LEGO cosmetics; both included with Fortnite Crew, otherwise 1,400 and 1,400 V-Bucks. Is Crew worth it?
Ranked
Battle Royale (Build and Zero Build), Reload and OG have Ranked queues with the eight-rank ladder. Ranked explained.
2026 closures
Epic closed Ballistic and Festival Battle Stage on April 16, 2026 (v40.20) and announced Rocket Racing would leave in October 2026, citing low play after the January layoffs. Progress and cosmetics bought for those modes stay in your locker; Rocket Racing car bodies remain usable in Battle Royale lobbies.
