Elemental Shaman

Ranged DPSRace: TrollBuild 1.60.1.70753
Elemental is the lightning caster. Lightning Overload gives free extra bolts, Call of Thunder adds crit to your bolts, Elemental Fury makes crits hurt, and Lightning Mastery is the capstone that cuts cast times. Restoration points add Tidal Focus, Totemic Focus and Water Shield for mana.

Rotation

Opener: Totems down (Mana Spring, Strength of Earth or Tremor, Searing), Flame Shock, Lightning Bolt.

Priority: Lightning Bolt as the filler, Chain Lightning on cooldown on packs, Flame Shock on the boss, Earth Shock only to interrupt. Forever removed Lava Burst for Call of Thunder, so the rotation is bolts and shocks.

Cooldowns: Elemental Mastery for a guaranteed crit; Grounding and Tremor Totems as needed; Bloodlust is not in Forever's Classic-era kit.

Forever notes: Mana is the limit: Water Shield is not in Forever's Classic spellbook, so bring potions and Mana Tide if the build has it.

Stats

Spell Hit (Elemental Precision is not here, so gear it), Nature spell power, Spell Crit (Elemental Fury doubles crit damage), then Intellect, then mp5.

Lightning Overload makes crit worth more than its number suggests.
