Restoration is the totem healer. Healing Way and Purification make Healing Wave the main tool, Mana Tide Totem refills the group, Nature's Swiftness is the instant emergency heal, and Riptide is the capstone. Elemental points add Convection and Reverberation for cheaper, faster shocks.

Rotation

Opener: Mana Spring, Strength of Earth or Tremor, Healing Stream totems; Healing Wave on the tank, Lesser Healing Wave for spikes.

Priority: Chain Heal when two or more are hurt, Healing Wave downranked for steady tank damage, Lesser Healing Wave for emergencies. Keep Earth Shield up once talented.

Cooldowns: Nature's Swiftness + Healing Wave for an instant big heal; Mana Tide Totem on cooldown in long fights.

Forever notes: Restoration Shaman is the Horde group healer of choice in Forever's 10- and 20-player raids because Chain Heal scales with the smaller groups.

Stats

Healing power, mp5 and Intellect, then Spell Crit (Ancestral Healing), then Spirit. Chain Heal and Riptide scale with raw healing power.

Totems cost mana; Totemic Focus plus mp5 keeps the toolkit affordable.
