WoW Forever launches November 4
—
until 3:00 p.m. PST on Wednesday, November 4, 2026 (your local time)
Dates that matter
| Oct 21 | Open stress test and the last day of the beta. Everything made in the test is wiped. |
| Oct 27 | Name reservations open. Pre-purchase packs (Skyborne Heroic, Skyborne Epic, Warcraft Forever Collection) get early reservation through Nov 3. |
| Nov 4, 3 p.m. PST | Launch. Expect queues on the first evening; a second realm choice is worth having. |
From Blizzard's forum posts as logged on the news desk. If a date moves, the desk and this page update the same day.
Launch-week checklist
- Pick your race before the 27th. The best race pages show every racial as the client has it, including Skyborne, Undead Paladins and Dwarf Shamans.
- Reserve the name on October 27. Have two backups; the good ones go in minutes.
- Open your class's leveling guide on your phone. It lists the spec to level, the spells the trainer sells at each level and the zone order.
- Know your first ten talent points. Each starter build page has them in order from level 10. Links below.
- Read the last hotfixes. Blizzard changes numbers right up to launch. The news desk has every build and hotfix with the exact figures.
- Get your group on voice. Echo Lobby runs in the browser, no download: open the Raid Room and share the invite link.
